Daikin SWUD Air Handlers, ERU Units & BAC Cooling Towers

Description

USADECOM is offering the below package of Daikin SWUD air handling units, Daikin ERU systems, and BAC cooling towers from a project site in Austin, TX. It was all intended for a large commercial building but the project was cancelled and the equipment is now available.

Inventory Summary

Daikin SWUD Units

Condition: All SWUD/WSP units remain wrapped in plastic, strapped, and unopened. No visible damage to packaging. One lifted corner showed minor trapped water release, but units appear intact beneath. Doors remain closed.

Daikin ERU Units

Condition: Unwrapped and exposed to the elements. Require cleaning, filter replacement, and inspection of blower motors.

Supply Units (4 modular sections each):

1. Outside air hood & filter section – filters need replacement, interior cleaning required.
2. Empty box, open sides – cleaning required.
3. Blower motor section (15hp motors, ODP enclosure, 254T frame, 1770 RPM) – exposed to elements, condition unknown. Replacement cost: ~$2,070/ea.
4. Empty end cap – cleaning required.

Exhaust Units (3 modular sections each):

1. Filter section – filters need replacement, cleaning required.
2. Empty section – cleaning required.
3. Blower motor section with dampers – motors appear clean, exterior boxes dry/tight.

Clarification:

• ERU-R-1 (Supply) and ERU-R-1 (Exhaust) are a matched pair.
• ERU-R-2 (Supply) and ERU-R-2 (Exhaust) are the other matched pair.
• Each supply unit = 4 modular sections.
• Each exhaust unit = 3 modular sections.
• Together, these make up 4 complete ERUsfor the job site.

Cooling Towers (BAC)

Condition: Standard cooling tower sections, no visible damage noted.

Summary of Observations:

• #9 Cooling Tower Sections – 11,800 lbs – S3E-1222-060-3 – (22.5×13) – 292.5 sq ft
• #10 Cooling Tower Sections – 11,800 lbs – (22.5×13) – 292.5 sq ft
• #11 Cooling Tower Sections – 11,800 lbs – (22.5×13) – 292.5 sq ft

Total Square Footage: 3,008.25 sq ft
